Oil Splash - the PSA to raise awareness on the Oil Spill

A few weeks ago I started a fund raising to make a video PSA of around 1 minute, to call the attention to BPs responsibility on the Oil Spill. In a month we got 1655$ contributed.

We are very happy to say that we are going into production with the video, and although we will have to cut some costs in the shoot, we will make it happen through donations of talented people who will give us their day of work for the cause.

The video is signed by this blog, but we are open to co-sign with an institution that would bring a stronger call to action that this blog can give.

Stopping our oil dependancy

The oil spill is not only BP's fault (although it is their responsibility). The real solution here is to stop needing oil. Of course this will not happen instantly, and there are obviously many things we use daily that are made from oil. But we have to start thinking and acting on how to stop that oil addiction.

Repower America is doing just that. And you can help them!
